How do you put it on?

Put a little water-based lube on the rim of the cup so that it seals well; you will find suitable ones under water-based lubricant. Place the cup centrally and squeeze the bulb gently just a few times. The attachment with the nodules then rests in place by itself.

How much suction and for how long?

Start with very little suction and only increase it slowly. Leave the pump on for just a few minutes at a time, then open the valve. In case of pain, numbness, discolouration or blisters, release the air at once. It does not go on injured or irritated skin.
