The PSY differs from the older models in one main respect: its arms and tabs can be adjusted. That lets you decide how deep it sits, how firmly the perineum tab presses and where the rear arm rests. Head, body and stem are multi-contoured rather than evenly round. Instead of one continuous shape, narrow sections and bulges alternate and each sits differently as it moves along. How do I adjust the arms?

Carefully and while cold, bit by bit. The aim is for the front tab to rest snugly against the perineum without pressing, and for the rear arm to hold the stimulator rather than shift it. Try it dry before you use it.

What does the contoured body do?
