Where is the prostate?

A few centimetres past the sphincter, on the rectal wall towards the belly. The curved head is aligned with exactly this spot.

What keeps it outside?

The perineum arm. It stays outside the body and prevents the vibrator from slipping all the way in. No anal toy is used without such a stop.

How do you begin?
