How far in does such a toy have to go?

A few centimetres. The prostate sits just behind the sphincter towards the belly, so the angle of the curved shaft matters, and the length of a prostate toy says nothing about how deep it goes, only how much stays outside.

Which lubricant belongs with it?

A water-based one, and plenty of it. The rectum produces no moisture of its own, and without lubricant nothing anal is comfortable. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it inserted?

Slowly and never against resistance, with the curve of the shaft pointing forward towards the prostate. It is easiest lying on your side with your knees drawn up. Only switch the rotation on once the shaft is in place and the perineum arm and cup rest on the outside.

What stays outside?

The perineum arm and cup. This wide base is a requirement, not an extra: the sphincter pulls inward whatever it can grip, and the rectum has no natural limit.

How is it cleaned?
