What is a puppy muzzle for?

For role play as a pup, often called pup play. It is a costume piece, not a restraint: whoever puts it on visibly slips into the role, and the other person sees at once which game is on.

The nose must be able to breathe freely at all times. If the muzzle presses on the nostrils or breathing becomes difficult, it comes off at once.
