Rinsing yes, submerging no. The feature graphic names splashproof, and the manufacturer claims no more than that. On a device with a charging socket or a battery compartment that is also the sensible limit: that is exactly where the water would get in.

Which lubricant goes with it?

A water-based one from water-based lubricant. Silicone lubricant attacks silicone: the surface turns dull and sticky, and that cannot be undone. A drop is usually enough - too much gel damps the vibration instead of passing it on. Anyone who has to top up takes a little twice rather than a lot once; a water-based gel dries in and can be revived with a splash of water.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, then left to dry in the open. Harsh cleaners, alcohol and the dishwasher have no business near silicone: they dull the surface, and dull silicone attracts dust and never comes smooth again.
