What does the double tip do?

Two tongues instead of one dome. They are of different lengths and curl around each other, so as you turn it, first one and then the other makes contact. A smooth tip cannot do that.

How strong is the arm?

It is short and narrow, more a hook than a broad rabbit arm. As the main stimulus it is too slight; as an addition to the shaft it works.

Is it one for starting out?

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, then left to dry in the open. Harsh cleaners, alcohol and the dishwasher have no business near silicone: they dull the surface, and dull silicone attracts dust and never comes smooth again.
