What does the double tip do?

Two tongues instead of one dome. They are of different lengths and curl around each other - as you turn it, first one and then the other makes contact. A smooth tip cannot do that.

How strong is the arm?

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner from sex toy cleaner, then left to dry in the open. Harsh cleaners, alcohol and the dishwasher have no business near silicone: they dull the surface, and dull silicone attracts dust and never comes smooth again.
