How do you find the G-spot?

On the front wall a few centimetres in, with light upward pressure. Find the spot with the device switched off; searching against your own vibration makes it needlessly hard.

Why does nothing happen?

Usually because it is given up on too quickly or started cold. The area only registers as something of its own once something is already happening, and it needs a few minutes.
