How do you use it?

Insert the long arm vaginally with a little lubricant until the snail head rests against the clitoris from outside. The curve of the arm points forwards towards the belly, where the G-spot lies. Only switch it on after that and increase the strength slowly.

May the third arm go into the bottom?

No. It has no clearly wider base of its own that would act as a stop, and the sphincter can pull in whatever it gets hold of. The slim arm therefore stays outside and only rests against the body.

Which lubricant goes with it?

A water-based one, for example from water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubricant can make the surface of silicone dull or sticky; if you want to use it anyway, test it first on an inconspicuous spot.
