The arm, nothing else. Body, length, handle and colour are the same; Elvis has the five fingers, Jackson the smooth dome. If you want pinpoint pressure take the Jackson, if you like a stroking touch take the Elvis.

Do both ends have to land at once?

Which setting do you start on?

The lowest. That is not caution but practice: from the bottom you can build, from the top you cannot - and the strongest setting feels weaker after a while, not stronger.

How is it cleaned?
