What does the thrusting function mean?

The shaft moves out and back in instead of only vibrating. That is a completely different movement and the reason such devices cost more than a simple rabbit. Vibration comes in addition and switches separately; models without thrusting are at rabbit vibrators.

Does a rabbit fit every anatomy?

Not equally well. The distance between shaft and arm is fixed, the distance between the vaginal entrance and the clitoris is not - on some the arm sits perfectly, on others beside the mark. Which lubricant suits it?
