How are the three buttons assigned?

With the upper button you increase the speed, the middle one switches it on and off, and with the lower one you reduce the speed again.

Does the clitoral arm fit every body?

Not necessarily, as the distance between shaft and arm is fixed. If the arm does not sit where you want to feel it, a different angle or slightly less depth helps.

Where is it charged?

The charging socket for the USB cable with a round plug sits on the back of the handle, just above the loop. There is no battery compartment. Only plug in the cable when the socket is dry.
