What is different about the arm?

It sits closer to the shaft than on comparable models. If other rabbits left you feeling the arm reached into empty space, this shape fits better. As the pulse wave works without firm contact, the close fit is uncritical as well.

Does the arm need firm contact?

No. Pulse waves work through pressure in the air rather than friction, so light contact is enough.

How long does the battery last?

How do I clean it?
