The Nari in pink is technically the purple model, and what defines it sits in the shaft: beads that rotate and work against the silicone from within. Does pink differ from purple?

Only in colour. Measurements, drives, running time and charging are identical in both versions.

Can the beads be switched off?

Yes, they run through their own button. Without them a rabbit with two vibration motors remains, which works just as well. For quieter evenings that is often the better setting.

Why has it no charging socket?

Because the connector holds to the housing magnetically. With no opening, no water can get in, and that is exactly why it may be submerged.

How do I clean it?

With warm water and toy cleaner, including the hollow between shaft and arm. Then let it dry in the open before it goes back in its pouch. As the charging connector is magnetic, there is no opening for water to sit in.
