What is a thruster?

A drive that moves the shaft back and forth instead of merely vibrating it. The movement resembles what your hand otherwise does, which is why such a toy needs internal height and turns out longer. Thrusting and the rotating pearls run in three modes, the vibration in ten levels.

Do I have to hold it?
