How does the squirting function work?

Through the tube at the base. You fit a syringe to the end of the tube and press the filling in. It runs through the dildo and comes out at the front of the glans, exactly when you push the plunger.

What is it filled with?

What do I need to know about TPE?

TPE is porous. It can absorb moisture and germs, so clean it thoroughly after every use and only share it between different people with a condom. Store it away from other toys, because soft TPE reacts with dyes and other materials.

Can I use it anally?
