Can I use it anally?

No. For anal play a toy needs a firmly moulded base that is clearly wider than the shaft all round and acts as a stop. This suction foot is not wide enough for that, and the balls are not a stop. You will find toys with a suitable base under anal plugs.

Where does the suction foot hold?
