What does leaving out the testicles achieve?

Depth and room in the harness. Testicles stop the way and get in the way in the O-ring - without them both problems disappear.

What does dual density mean?

Two firmnesses in one piece. The core carries, the outer skin gives way - which is how the original behaves too.

Which lubricant fits?

Water-based. Silicone oil attacks silicone - with silicone toys that is the only real rule.
