Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Oil and silicone oil attack soft plastics, water attacks nothing. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry completely. No water should get into the battery compartment while doing so. Porous material gets clean but not sterile, which is why a condom goes over it when switching between partners.
