Which lubricant suits it?

A water-based one, and plenty of it. Oils and silicone-based lubricants can attack soft TPE and make the surface sticky. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

May it be used anally?

Yes, because the suction cup is clearly wider than the shaft and stays outside. Such a stop is a must, because the sphincter can pull a toy inwards. Go slowly and put on a fresh condom before you continue vaginally afterwards.
