What exactly does thrusting mean?

The shaft moves out and back in instead of only vibrating. That is a completely different movement from a vibrator's and the reason such devices cost considerably more than a dildo from realistic dildos. Vibration comes in addition and switches separately.

How is it cleaned?

Rinse it after every use with lukewarm water and a mild product from the sex toy cleaner category, then let it dry completely - TPE is porous, and residual moisture is the most common cause of smells and a tacky material. To get the velvety surface back, dust it thinly with corn starch.

Which lubricant suits it?
