How do you operate it?

You switch it on with the button on the back, above the suction base. The vibration button sits on the black oval remote, which runs on one AAA battery and works without a cable.

How do you handle the thrusting function?

Start with the gentlest function and only step up once everything feels good. Use plenty of lube, because the shaft keeps moving back and forth. If it hurts, stop straight away.

Where does the suction base hold?
