Which lubricant fits?

A water-based one. Oil and silicone oil attack soft plastics, water attacks nothing. The selection is under water-based lubricant.

How is it cleaned?

With lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry completely. Keep the remote away from the water while doing so. The TPR is porous: it gets clean but not sterile, so a condom goes over it when switching between people or between anal and vaginal use.
