What does it hang from?

The supplied tripod frame, which is assembled without tools. Thanks to the three legs it also fits into a corner of the room, and the feet sit in large, grippy caps. Put it on level, firm ground and check before every use that all joints and carabiners are secure.

What is to be done before the first time?

Adjust the straps and load it once with full weight while someone is still standing beside it. Then practise getting out; that takes longer than getting in and goes wrong in a hurry.

How long can you stay in it?

As long as the straps do not press. If legs or arms go numb the time is up; that is the same sign as with a restraint. Changing position in between helps more than loosening.

How is the sling cleaned?

Mesh and stirrups can be taken off and washed in the washing machine. The frame is wiped with a damp cloth and dried, and the pillows are wiped down.
