Can the machine be taken off?

Yes. It comes off the post and can be guided by hand. Mounted, it thrusts evenly from behind, and you set the pace with the remote.

What do you watch out for at the neck?

The neck strap always stays loose: breathing must be completely free, nothing presses on the throat or the sides of the neck, and at least two fingers fit between strap and neck. The position strains neck and shoulders, so a round in the stockade stays short. Agree beforehand on a stop signal without words, such as a small object held in the hand that is dropped to stop.

How does the machine run safely?
