What makes a sex machine different?

It moves by itself. A vibrator trembles, a thrusting device travels back and forth - a movement a hand would otherwise have to make, and that is exactly the point.

What is the suction base with a joint for?

It holds the device to a smooth surface, and the joint sets the angle. Without both you would have to hold it - and then you would not need the thrusting.

What is the remote for?

So you do not have to reach over to switch - and so somebody else can. On a device that works hands-free, that is a precondition.

Is it loud?

Louder than a plain vibrator. A mechanism that pushes makes more noise than an unbalanced motor; the manufacturer gives no figures, so none is claimed.

What does medical-grade silicone mean?

Which lubricant goes with it?

A water-based one from water-based lubricant. Silicone lubricant attacks silicone: the surface turns dull and sticky, and that cannot be undone. A drop is usually enough - too much gel damps the vibration instead of passing it on, and a water-based gel can be revived with a splash of water.

How is it cleaned?
