Where may it be hung?

Only at a load-bearing point and according to the instructions, meaning a wooden beam or a concrete ceiling with a suitable anchor. Plasterboard, panelling and suspended ceilings will not hold the load together with the movement. If you are unsure about your ceiling, have someone with experience check it first; the hook is only as strong as whatever it is fixed in.

What do you check before every use?

Before every use you check the hold: hook firm, all carabiners closed, spring, chain and straps undamaged. Then pull hard on the swing without anyone in it. There is no swinging and no jumping in it, and whoever sits in the swing is never left alone.

How do you adjust the straps?
