How do you set the length?

Press in the button on the outer tube, slide the middle tube to the hole you want and let go until the button clicks in again. Then pull briefly on both ends to make sure both sides are secure. Only adjust the bar while nobody is hooked in.

What do you hook into the snap hooks?

Wrist or ankle cuffs with a D-ring, handcuffs or a rope. The snap hooks swivel along, so nothing twists when the restrained person moves.

For hands or feet?
