How do you apply the gel?

Press one drop onto a fingertip and spread it in circular movements over the nipple and areola. For the second side you take a fresh drop; you do not need more to start with.

What applies before the first use?

The skin on the nipples is thin. So test the gel first on a small area, such as the inner elbow, and wait a while. If the skin burns or reddens, wash it off with lukewarm water and stop using it.

Where does it not go?

On sore, cracked or injured nipples, on mucous membranes and into the eyes. Wash your hands after applying it; rinse any splash in the eye with plenty of clean water.

Can it go in the mouth?

No, it is not meant to be licked off. Before lips or tongue come to the nipples, wipe the gel off with a damp cloth.

How do you store it?
