How do you apply it?

Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your fingertip and spread it thinly, for example on the neck, chest or inner thighs. Wait a few minutes before you add more, because more at once achieves nothing.

Wash it off straight away and do not apply any more that day. Try the gel on a small patch of skin the first time, do not apply it to broken skin and do not get it into the eyes.

Is it meant for internal use?

No. It does not go into the vagina or bottom, and you leave out other mucous membranes too.

How do you get it off again?

With lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Rinse thoroughly before the spot comes into contact with clothing again.
