Is a dildo included?

No. The harness is the mount, the dildo is bought separately. That is the point of a universal harness: it fits many instead of being tied to one.

What are the three rings for?

Each ring has a different opening. A slim dildo needs the small one, a thick one the large; take the wrong one and you either have play or cannot get it through. Measure at the shaft, not at the glans.

How should it sit?

Tight enough that nothing shifts and loose enough that the straps do not cut in. Two fingers under every strap is the rule here as well. Better to try it on beforehand than in the moment itself.

How is it cleaned?

Wash the webbing by hand with mild soap and let it air-dry. The rubber rings take warm water; oil attacks them, so water-based lubricant belongs here too.
