How do you put it on?

Ideally while the penis is not yet fully erect, and with a drop of lubricant on the loops. First guide the testicles through one loop, then the shaft through the other, until the base sits against the body.

How long may the ring be worn?

No more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Take it off immediately if numbness, coldness, pain or discolouration appear, and do not sleep with it. When taking it off, cold water helps more than force.
