The Brayden Penis Sleeve by Baile in the small version is a hollow sleeve to slip on: your own penis goes inside and the sleeve adds length and girth. On the outside it has a veined shaft and a moulded glans. Below the glans several grooves run all the way round, the surface between the raised veins has a fine texture, and the sleeve is closed at the front. A reinforced rim runs round the lower edge, and the ball strap joins it there: a closed loop for the testicles that keeps the sleeve in place, so it needs no harness. The ball strap follows the same rule as any cock ring: 20 to 30 minutes at a time at most, take it off at once if numbness, cold, discolouration or pain appear, and do not fall asleep with it on. How do I put it on?

It is easiest while the penis is not yet fully hard: slide it into the sleeve and then pass the loop under the testicles. It comes off in reverse order, first the loop, then the sleeve. Further models are under penile enlargement.

Do you need lubricant inside as well?

Yes, absolutely, and that is where most people go wrong. Without gel inside it rubs instead of gliding, and after five minutes you stop. The outside needs just as much. Take a water-based one; suitable ones are under water-based lubricant.

Does it replace a condom?

No. A penis sleeve does not replace a condom and does not protect like one; if you want protection, put one over the sleeve. For that there are condoms.

How is it cleaned?

Inside and out with warm water and a sex toy cleaner, then left to dry open; turned inside out it goes faster. TPR is porous; what stays damp inside becomes unpleasant over time. That is also why it is always worn by the same person.

How do I store it?

Dry and on its own, ideally in a fabric bag. Soft TPR takes on colour from dark fabrics or other toys if it lies against them for a while, and it attracts dust.
