How do I find the right size?

Put a tape measure loosely around your waist and compare it with the waist that S/M is made for. The waistband has to sit firmly but must not dig in anywhere; if it leaves deep marks or presses when you move, it is too tight.

How do I put the set on?

First put on the briefs without the dildo and centre the ring. Then push the dildo through the opening from the inside until its base rests against the back of the ring. Other models only hold if their base is wider than the ring; a selection is under dildos.

Which lubricant do I use?
