How do you put the harness on?

First insert the inner shaft with a little lubricant, then close the waist strap and tighten the leg straps. The straps should sit firmly but never cut in anywhere; if a finger still fits underneath, the tension is right.

What do you watch out for with two shafts?

Both sides get something, so take it slowly and use plenty of lubricant. The receiving person sets the pace and depth, and the plate between the shafts forms the stop, including during anal play. If it hurts, stop at once.

What is the remote for?
