What sets it apart from the vibrating model?

The motor, nothing else. Shape, strap and measurements are the same. Without electronics it is cheaper, lighter and easier to clean; if you want the vibration, the same sleeve exists in the vibrating version.

Who is a hollow sleeve meant for?

How is it put on?

First pull the sleeve over, then close the strap and tighten it last - in that order, otherwise everything ends up crooked. A finger between strap and skin is the measure; if you are unsure, try the whole thing once dry before it matters.

How is it cleaned?

Silicone part and strap separately: wash the sleeve inside and out with lukewarm water and toy cleaner, wipe the strap only damp. Only water-based lubricant is suitable - silicone oil attacks silicone and leaves the surface dull, see water-based lubricant. For drying, turn the sleeve inside out - otherwise moisture stays in the cavity, and that smells within two days.
