No. The straps are closed loops without clips - they lie on the thigh and hold nothing. Anyone wanting to hold stockings needs a suspender belt with clips.

Leg Avenue lists one size as EU 34 to 40. The knit stretches far; what decides is less the width than the torso length, which hardly gives.

How do you put it on without damaging it?

Rings off, nails checked, gather the fabric rather than pulling it. Fine mesh and lace almost always tear in the same place: where a fingernail catches on the way up.

What do you do when a stitch ladders?

A drop of clear nail varnish at the top and bottom end of the ladder stops it at once. On coarse net you hardly see the spot, because the pattern is open anyway; on fine lace it stays visible.
