Why does the material say only polyamide?

Because the field read „30 % nylon, 70 % polyamide“ - and nylon is polyamide, the same plastic under two names. So the percentages split one material against itself. What remains is what is certainly true: polyamide.

A set or one piece?

One piece. What looks like a suspender belt and stockings is knitted together - you step into it like a pair of tights. The advantage: nothing slips apart. The drawback: the stockings cannot be worn on their own.

What does one size mean here?

Leg Avenue lists one size as EU 34 to 40 and plus size as EU 42 to 46. With this cut the length from waistband to thigh decides - if it does not stretch far enough, the waistband slides down.
