How do you put it on?

Lie on your back with the padded strap behind the neck, and slide the legs into the loops from below until the padding lies under the thighs just above the backs of the knees. Then tighten both straps evenly.

How do you adjust the length?

At the pin buckles: you set the pin into the right hole, the same one on both sides. Shorter straps pull the knees further towards the chest. Start with a comfortable, rather loose length.

What are the D-rings for?

For wrist cuffs or a chain with a snap hook. With the hands clipped there, arms and legs are bound together.

What do you watch for in terms of safety?

The pull ends up at the neck, so never pull on the neck strap and never set the straps so short that the head is pressed forward. A finger still fits under every loop.
