What does the back look like?

Without cut-outs and bows. There the knitted pattern of vertical stripes and rows of small hearts shows over the whole leg.

What size are they?

They are cut as one size. Net gives a lot in width, whereas the length from waistband to crotch hardly stretches. On a very tall build the crotch therefore tends to pull down before anything gets tight in width.

What do you wear underneath?

Because the net is open, you wear briefs underneath unless the tights disappear under a skirt, shorts or a dress. Under white, light or nude briefs are the least noticeable.

How do you put them on without damaging them?

Rings off and nails checked, then gather each leg down to the toe, step in and roll the fabric up bit by bit. Never pull on the edges of the cut-outs or on the bows while doing so.

What do you do when a stitch ladders?

A drop of clear nail varnish at the top and bottom end of the ladder stops it. In the patterned net the spot is hardly noticeable afterwards.

What does the shoe do to the net?

It is the most common cause of holes. The foot sits in the net, and any rough insole rubs exactly there. If you wear the tights often, a thin shoe liner over the foot protects that spot.

How are they washed?

Most gently by hand in cold water, otherwise in a laundry net on a delicate cycle, then dried flat. Leave out the dryer and fabric softener, as both take the stretch out of the elastane. Never wash them with dark laundry; white picks up colour easily.
