With feet or without?

Without. The leg ends at the ankle; there is no foot part and no stirrup under the foot either. The old title spoke of a „cut-out at the feet“ and probably meant this very opening - describe it, it did not.

Why is there no measurement on this article?

Because what stood there was the packaging size: 19 and 12 centimetres in length and diameter describe the box, not the garment - the same figures even stood in the three ticks. Both fields are now empty.

What does one size mean here?

Leg Avenue lists one size as EU 34 to 40 and plus size as EU 42 to 46. With tights the length matters as much as the width: it hardly stretches, and on a very tall frame the crotch pulls downwards.

Do you wear briefs underneath?

With an open crotch that is a matter of taste: underneath makes them invisible, over the top makes them part of the picture. On the product photos they usually sit underneath - which also keeps the net waistband in place.

How do you put them on without ruining them?

Rings off, nails checked, gather the fabric down to the foot, step in and roll them up leg by leg. Anyone yanking at them catches a stitch - and that one ladders.

What do you do when a stitch ladders?

A drop of clear nail varnish at the top and bottom end of the ladder stops it at once. It is not pretty, but it saves the evening - and on coarse net you hardly see it.

How is it washed?

By hand in cold water or in a laundry net on a delicate cycle, then dried flat. No dryer and no fabric softener - both take the tension out of the yarn.

What goes with them?

A piece from for down there and heels; under for the top you will find what can be worn over them.
