Who is size 3/4 meant for?

It is the larger of the two sizes. Compare your height and weight with the ranges; if your height lies in both sizes, weight decides, and with more weight you choose 3/4. The elastane gives the fabric a little room, but it does not make up for a size that is too small.

What does 20/40 den mean?

Two yarn weights are combined here. The nude thighs are fine and sheer at 20 den, the black stocking legs from the dotted border down are denser at 40 den. The higher the den number, the denser the fabric.

Can they stay on during sex?

Yes. Thanks to the opening you neither have to take them off nor pull them down. Wear them without knickers or with a thong that you push aside at the right moment.
