Where are the 20 and where the 40 den?

Den states the weight of the yarn, and the higher the number, the denser the fabric. Between the brief section and the lace band the tights are fine at 20 den, and the skin shows through brightly there. Below the lace band the legs are denser at 40 den and look darker.

Does size 1/2 fit you?

It is the smaller of the two sizes. Compare your height and weight with the ranges; if your height falls into both sizes, weight decides, and with less weight 1/2 is the one. The elastane gives a little but does not replace the right size.

Can they stay on during sex?

Yes. Thanks to the opening you neither have to take them off nor pull them down. Wear them without knickers or with a thong that you push aside at the right moment.
