Does it replace water and soap?

For in between, yes. After use it stays with a thorough wash - especially with porous materials like TPE, where whatever is not rinsed out stays in the pores.

Is it enough when switching between two people?

No. A fresh condom over the toy belongs there - the same goes for switching from anal to vaginal. Condoms are under condoms.

Why alcohol-free?
