What does self-lubricating mean?

The surface becomes slippery with water: hold it briefly under the tap or wet it with damp hands, and the TPR feels silky rather than dull. If it dries out in between, a few drops of water are enough.

What is TPR?

A thermoplastic elastomer: softer and more yielding than silicone and therefore closer to skin. The price for that is that it is porous, picks up odours and ages faster. The ABS core gives the soft jacket the firmness without which it could not be guided.

What runs the motor?

Two AAA batteries that go into the black base; you adjust the strength on the base. When wetting and rinsing it, keep the base with the battery compartment out of the water.

Is it any good for the back door?

Which lubricant goes with it?

How is it cleaned?
