How is the egg inserted?

With lubricant and the cord to the outside. Put a little lubricant on the egg, lie down relaxed and push it into the vagina with one rounded end first until it sits comfortably. The cord always stays outside the body.

How does it come out again?

By the cord, calmly and without a jerk. Pull evenly and relax your pelvic floor at the same time, and the egg glides out by itself. Before every use, check that the cord is firmly attached to the egg and shows no cracks.

Can the egg be used anally?

No. A cord is not a stop: without a flared base an egg can slide upwards in the bowel and then can no longer be retrieved safely. Alsan is used vaginally only.

How is it cleaned?
