How do you put it in place?

With plenty of water-based lubricant from water-based lubricant, switched off and calmly: first insert the middle arm, then slowly guide in the rear one until the front one rests outside. Silicone lubricant attacks silicone and is therefore out of the question.

What should you watch with the anal arm?

It sits firmly on the bridge, which stays outside and acts as a stop; that way it cannot slip all the way in. Go slowly and never push against resistance. If you would rather not insert it, simply let it rest outside.
