How do you position it?

Insert the rounded end into the vagina with a little lubricant until the opening on the head lies over the clitoris. It should touch the skin all round without pressing hard; use the pressure waves on the clitoris only. How well both fit at once depends on your anatomy, and each end can also be used on its own.
