How deep may it go in?

Never all the way. A double-ended vibrator has no base to stop it. Insert each end only as far as is comfortable, and always keep the middle in your hand or between your bodies.

May one end be used anally?

Only if someone holds the free end firmly in their hand the whole time, because the sphincter can pull a toy without a base inwards. Afterwards, never switch from anal to vaginal without cleaning it thoroughly.

What applies to hygiene as a couple?

Germs can pass between two people. So put a separate condom over each end, or clean the vibrator before you swap ends.

Which lubricant fits?

How do you clean it?
